Cerise Latibeaudiere

Cerise Latibeaudiere is the founder of CL Law and has significant experience working with clients on various legal matters, as a strategic and business-minded corporate and commercial lawyer and a trusted legal advisor.

Cerise’s extensive experience working on Bay Street, as both in-house counsel and a private practice lawyer has seen her lead and advise on highly complex legal matters for large, sophisticated companies as well as for midsize and smaller boutique clients who require specialized advice and expertise.

In addition to CL Law, Cerise is an avid and accomplished runner and an overall sports enthusiast. She enjoys spending time with family, volunteering with various community organizations and travelling abroad.

Qualifications & Awards

Experience

Prior to founding CL Law, Cerise practised on Bay Street at two large international law firms, where she consistently led complex commercial transactions and represented her clients on a variety of corporate matters.

Cerise then moved to in-house counsel roles where she acted as in-house counsel for large international financial institutions and also acted as in-house counsel for Canada’s largest publicly traded company.
